Winter Bucket List

It’s the most wonderful (read stressful, joyful, exciting, anxiety ridden) time of the year ! Unlike every other blogger on the interweb who decked their halls before they even basted their turkeys… I have not, and I am not even mad about it. I did give it a college try on Saturday when we returned home from Nevada but laziness took over and the short drive to the storage unit might as well been a voyage across the Atlantic in a row boat. However we have busted out our favorite matching family jammies, and I swear we have zero fun in our family. Not a single second. I wont stand for it.

Have you made your Winter Bucket List yet? We have big plans with Christmas break looming in the not so far distance. This weekend we will definitely be decking our halls, chopping down a tree  and getting our hot coco on ! When the kids wake up their Elves Sprinkles and Sparkles Tinsley named them both obviously, why we have two? I have no Idea. They arrive each year with a seasonal pep talk & a new pair of Christmas Jammies (to be destroyed lol)  ! It will kick off a month of family traditions some old and some new.

Do you do Elf on The Shelf? This is a tradition I always start off really enjoying, and then somewhere around the 10th of December I really start finding horrible.  If you missed it on instastories – I admitted to last years total hot mess of Elf on the Shelf, so this year I vowed to change it and made a whole 24 day game plan for ROCKING it ! I find if I have a written game plan I feel way less stressed. Since I was already doing it for myself and sharing is caring – I decided to share it in last weeks newsletter, SO if you missed it and want in on all the FREE printable goodness click here

Cant wait to get the tree tonight ! Lets go ahead and check that on off the list:
