That’s right, I am a Mom of three… and the only packing I am doing this morning is packing the kids lunches. (hell a girl can dream can’t she?) Anyways… wanted to just quickly post a few transition pieces I picked up last week and as always I want to KIRFAM. Thats keep it real for a moment. I live in Southern California – so we won’t see much of a fall until early November – with that said – I LIVE for transition items that will work while we fake fall… or as I like to call it  “Fauxll”- (that’s faux fall ) This free people tunic and shoes are perfect for the warmer weather while still getting a fallish vibe ! It has bell sleeves and the cutest embroidery details. I actually paired this look with denim cut offs – because when you chase tiny humans you tend to have to squat annnnnnnd I would rather not give all the parents at preschool a show ! I tried to do a tucked look but wasn’t feeling it but the cut offs are there people. I digress, I absolutely love this muted fall color & feel like this could be worn all year.

Also I have a confession. I am THAT Mom. I like to be perfectly dressed and ready to go at 8:30 am (as you might notice on instagram stories- so annoying right?) while doing my rounds of drop offs for the day and I would totally rock this look to school. This top is also nursing mama approved. SO what I am basically saying – and its a unicorn top. Cute? Check. Functional? Hides the muffin top? Check. Check. I am typically not a fan of pointed toe flat because they make my foot feel SUPER wide (hello third baby….) BUT these I love- they are super comfy and make my foot feel slender and feminine. I went ahead and tagged the bralette for this look because it has been fab even for nursing ! The tunic has the cutest peek a boo back (see below.) You could easily warm this tunic up for cooler weather with a big chunky sweater, your favorite jeans and add some knee high boots! I am no fashionista but I love to feel put together and would admit my style is the definition of “California Casual” – so casual in fact I sit on random stair ways sipping Pink Iced Ombres watching the wind blow.

Happy Friday Friends- if your doing New York Fashion week. I hate you, and by hate I mean I wish I were you. Either way… have a fab weekend ladies – Links to the look below.
